Our restaurant is the perfect location combining professionalism, authenticity and tradition.
The chef cares in every detail the tasty Tuscan courses, using products such as vegetables in season or farm production meats, always choosing the genuineness of the local fruits: olive oil, cheese and meat.
Our specialties are traditional courses such as “Tortelli di patate” ( ravioli stuffed with potatoes) with meat sauce, “Ribollita” (especially in winter), “Pici” with garlic, simply Cheese and Pepper, “Tagliatelle” homemade noodles with wild boar, duck or rabbit sauce and also the roast suckling pig, grilled meats or sliced
beef, the Peposo (o pepper stew). We also offer our personal specialties: “Tortelli del pastore”, shepherd's ravioli stuffed with cheese served with butter and sage or truffle sauce, spelt “Linguine” or “Gnocchi”
prepared in various ways according to products in season (for example, in winter the “Linguine” are prepared with a white sauce made by pork and leeks; in summer we use tomatoes, black olives, wild fennel and pecorino cheese), the roast rabbit in “porchetta” and special fried mixtures.
Finally, every day we use to prepare different cakes and homemade desserts.
